It's important for us to realise that we ourselves behave this way, so lets 'count to ten' and have another look to make sure that we're making the best move we can. Others behave this way too, of course, so we can't expect people we deal with in business or in our personal lives to make completely rational decisions (any more than we do).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Expect the unexpected. Try and see the situation from the other guys point of view. What's happening in his world?
